Who to contact
LK Electrical is the contact for personal information you provide when making an electrical enquiry. For questions about your information or to make a request, email LKElectricalservices22@gmail.com.
Information in an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, property or job postcode, service required and description of the work. Your phone number, preferred contact method and timescale are optional. Please only share information relevant to the job and avoid sensitive personal information.
Why the information is used
Enquiry information is used to review your requirements, respond to you and discuss proposed electrical work. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a potential contract. Information needed to arrange or carry out agreed work may also be processed for that contract and relevant legal obligations.
Website and email providers
This website and its form are provided through Framer. Form submissions are configured for delivery to LK Electrical’s Gmail address, so those providers process information as part of providing website, form and email services. Their own privacy information explains their processing and any international transfers.
Keeping information
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry, carry out agreed work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact LK Electrical if you want to ask whether information about your enquiry is still held or request its deletion.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. These rights are not absolute. Email LK Electrical to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website settings and updates
This notice covers the enquiry information described above. Any additional analytics, marketing tools or cookies introduced later need to be assessed and this notice updated as appropriate.
